RETURNS/REFUNDS POLICY
In accordance with the Jersey law distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days following delivery of your order and if necessary, return the goods to us within 7 days for a full refund – no hassle, no questions, it’s all good. If in Jersey, you can also return your goods to the registered address within 7 days for a full refund. You must notify us in writing during this period of your intention to cancel by email. Should you wish to cancel your order, any goods supplied must be returned within 7 days of your notice to cancel. Providing the goods are returned in original condition with all packaging and labelling, you will receive a full refund. All returns are the responsibility of the customer until received by ourselves, and we strongly advise customers to use an insured delivery service. The cost of returning all items is the responsibility of the customer, we do not refund postage costs unless the goods are faulty or wrong.
When returning items to CASP LTD please ensure the product is well packaged and protected.
If you would like to make an exchange on your purchase please send the item along with a covering letter to the following address. We recommend that you keep a tracking number of your parcel because we are not responsible for any lost or missing parcels.

UK Deliveries
Step 1: Firstly, check to see if you have received an email from us, confirming that your order has been sent.
If your order has been sent via Royal Mail
This applies to most packages sent to the United Kingdom using Royal Mail Signed for service. Royal Mail’s procedure for lost items and incorrect deliveries is that we must wait 14 working days before registering an item as lost. If your package goes missing and you would like us to send you a replacement within this 2-week period, we hope you understand that to prevent fraud, we will need to charge you for your item(s) again. If your package is subsequently officially declared as lost by Royal Mail, we will, of course, refund you for all lost item(s).
If your order has been sent via courier
This applies to all paid Next Day deliveries. Upon receipt of your order dispatch email, your order will have been sent on a Next Day service, our courier delivers between 9am - 6pm, Monday to Friday.
