Customs, Taxes, Duties and Shipping
Casp Performance Cycling wishes to remind all customers that we are not responsible for any extra import liabilities imposed by their local Government. Please understand when a customer confirms an order they accept full responsibility for any Customs Charges incurred and are considered to be importing goods into that country. We cannot take any responsibility for this part of the process and remind all customers of their legal duty as the importer to all taxes, duties and charges from their local Government. Under no circumstance will Casp Performance Cycling accept returns due to an objection with the customs charges. Orders cannot be returned to sender.
We use Royal Mail postal service and cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays that occur as of course this is beyond our control.

When will you ship my order?
All orders are shipped out within the 1-2 business days of receiving your order.
Incorrect Address
We are not responsible for return shipping if customer enters the wrong shipping address during checkout. Please make sure you include your COMPLETE address when entering it in the checkout process. This includes your apartment number and correct postal code.
Are shipping times guaranteed?
We do not guarantee arrival times on international shipments.
What if my item is not delivered or is lost in transit?
If you have not received your item within 30 days please contact us with the order number at info@casp.cc. During the Covid-19 pandemic the Postal services are experiencing an unprecedented delay to all mail and we would ask that you are patient and allow extra time for delivery during this difficult period.
